After an evening of particularly disagreeable design, it is sublimely satisfying to find a fresh approach to sclupture. Olle Hemmendorff Air Max 90 for Nike

I had a really mature piece ready to post and got distracted by Olle Hemmendorf‘s rendition of the Air Max 90. I’ve never been drawn to Nike’s ethos or aesthetics but I have a lot of respect for them after yet another solid year of inspired advertising.

David Maisel's American Mine (Nevada 1)

The Mining Project shows abandoned copper mines in the southern States, and Library of Dust captures the abandoned remains of cremated psychiatric patients from the former Oregon State Insane Asylum.
